Professional photo sessions with local photographer John will be offered May 24, and June 14 starting at 9:30 a.m. Sessions are under 5 minutes and limited to 25 appointments per date (additional date may be added if needed). The $10 sitting fee is a gift for Emmanuel members and regular attendees. Prints available for purchase (8×10 – $4, 5×7 – $2; larger sizes available).

The Beltsville Young at Heart Club’s next meeting is Thur., May 21 at 10:30 a.m. at the Beltsville Community Center, 3900 Sellman Rd., Beltsville. The Beltsville Young at Heart Club meets on the third Thursday of each month (weather permitting) and is for residents who are 55 years of age and older. UpStage Artists presents American Son, a powerful drama by Christopher Demos-Brown exploring family, race, and justice.
