Furry, feathered, scaly, or otherwise—all of God’s creatures are welcome! Bring your beloved pets and join us for a special Blessing of the Animals during worship. Pets are part of the family—bring yours to church!

Winter Clothing Drive for Duckworth School:
As you go through your winter wardrobe, consider helping those in need! Emmanuel is collecting clean, gently used winter coats, jackets, and sweaters to donate to Duckworth School.
Donations will be collected through October 31. Please make sure all donated items are clean and in good condition. Staci Miller is coordinating this ministry project. Thank you for helping us share warmth with our community this winter.

 

Planning Ahead for 2027:
If your ministry, committee, or group has dates that need to be added to Emmanuel’s 2027 church calendar, please submit them to the church office by November 1.
All requested dates are subject to approval by the Trustees and Pastor. Please also provide an alternate date in case your first choice is unavailable.
 

Sharing a Little Love from Home

This October, Emmanuel will collect the names of college students and military personnel connected to our church so that we can send them care packages filled with encouragement and reminders that their church family is thinking of them.

A list of suggested snack and care-package items will be shared in October. Youth and other members of the congregation will also be invited to make cards and notes for the packages.

Volunteers Needed: We are looking for a couple of volunteers to help coordinate this special outreach ministry. If you are interested, please contact the church office.
