Emmanuel sponsors Troop 1033 to contribute to the Boy Scout mission "to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes." Troop 1033 has a long history of service to the community, producing dozens of Eagle Scouts.

Troop 1033 has weekly meetings on Thursdays at 7:00 PM.
