Emmanuel is always looking to connect to our community. We partner with several organizations and provide them space and support throughout the year. Some of our community partners provide food to our Food Distribution Ministry, theater opportunities to the surrounding community, help with controlling the feral cat population and much more.

Beltsville Community Cats

Beltsville Community Cats (BCC) is a coalition of local volunteers working in various capacities to disrupt the free-roaming cat cycle in this suburb of Washington, D.C..  In order to humanely reduce the feral cat population, BCC implements a targeted Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) program.  However, the work has expanded to include colony caregiving, training clinics for volunteers, and educational outreach to a diverse community.  In response to an epidemic of dumped and reproducing outdoor cats, BCC established a foster network and runs a kitten rescue program for the 20705 zip code. www.beltsvillecats.net
